Every coaching programme at Ascend Executive Coaching is an investment in your professional growth, and we want you to understand exactly what you are getting before you commit. All prices are quoted in British pounds and are exclusive of VAT. We offer flexible payment options including monthly instalments for programmes of three months or longer. Organisational clients commissioning coaching for multiple leaders are invited to contact us for bespoke volume pricing arrangements.

Each package includes a complimentary 30-minute discovery call, a personalised coaching plan and access to our proprietary leadership toolkit. The primary differences lie in the depth and duration of the engagement, the level of between-session support and the inclusion of assessment tools.

Additional coaching sessions — £275 each
Need more time? Add individual 75-minute sessions to any programme. Ideal for addressing unexpected challenges, preparing for a critical presentation or deepening work on a specific development area.
Standalone 360 assessment — £950
A comprehensive 360-degree feedback process including a customised survey, up to eight stakeholder interviews, a detailed written report and a two-hour private debrief session with one of our senior coaches.
Half-day team workshop — £1,400
A facilitated four-hour workshop for leadership teams of up to twelve participants. Topics include strategic alignment, communication effectiveness, conflict resolution and building psychological safety within teams.
Career transition intensive — £1,200
A focused five-session programme designed for leaders stepping into new roles. Includes stakeholder mapping, a 90-day action plan, weekly check-in calls and a post-transition review session at the three-month mark.
Our commitment to you
We stand behind the quality of our coaching. If after your first two sessions you feel the engagement is not meeting your expectations, we will refund the remaining programme fee in full — no questions asked. This guarantee reflects our confidence in our coaches, our methodology and our genuine desire to create value for every client.
We also understand that circumstances change. If you need to pause your programme due to illness, a role change or personal reasons, we offer a flexible rescheduling policy that allows you to resume coaching within twelve months without losing any sessions or incurring additional charges.
